Market and execution risk
Prices can move between quote and execution. Slippage, price impact, low liquidity, token transfer restrictions and malicious assets can cause losses or failure. Reference prices are not executable quotes. Fees may be charged even when a transaction fails.
Provider and custody risk
Jupiter, OpenOcean, NEAR Intents, OTCDEX and Houdini operate independently. Their smart contracts, routers, bridges, counterparties and services can fail or become unavailable. OTC listings can escrow assets. Jupiter Trigger V2 uses Privy-managed custodial vaults. Some Houdini routes can involve exchanges and intermediary custody. Funds deposited into those systems are not in your wallet. NEAR Intents deposits enter an asynchronous bridge and solver route; failed routes can require refunds with provider fees.
Privacy boundaries
Ordinary Solana swaps settle publicly. Market-maker RFQ can keep quote negotiation outside the public order book, but that does not hide the on-chain fill. Jupiter V2 order intentions are stored off-chain until execution under its provider model. Houdini privacy depends on the actual route and its terms. The native NEAR Intents workspace currently uses public routes only. Hiddenpool makes no anonymity or untraceability guarantee.
Confidential matching
Encrypted orders, hidden counterparties, midpoint crossing and confidential settlement are not enabled. Hiddenpool does not run a dark-pool matching engine or settlement program.
Wallet approvals
Verify the assets, amounts, destination and fees in your wallet. Never share a recovery phrase. Transactions generally cannot be reversed. Recheck a pending signature before submitting again.
Data limitations
Market data may be stale, incomplete or inaccurate. Token names are not proof of authenticity. Portfolio values exclude assets without price coverage; no inferred P&L is shown. Public RPC and data providers impose rate limits.
Fees and responsibility
You bear network, priority, swap, bridge and provider fees shown in the relevant flow. Hiddenpool adds no configured referral fee. Nothing here is personalized investment advice or a guarantee of execution, returns or safety.
