Privacy policy
Hiddenpool requires no account or email. Your wallet is connected only with your consent.
Browser storage
We store non-sensitive preferences and watchlisted token addresses in browser local storage. Wallet libraries and embedded providers may store their own connection preferences. Hiddenpool does not store private keys, recovery phrases or signing credentials. Jupiter authentication tokens are held only in memory for the active provider session and cleared on logout, wallet changes or leaving the orders page. Native swap receipts (amounts, addresses, provider quote and transaction signature) are stored in this tab’s session storage before broadcast so reloads do not invite duplicate deposits. Download receipts before closing the tab; clear completed receipts from the swap workspace.
Network requests
Your wallet’s public address is sent to Solana RPC infrastructure to retrieve balances and transactions. Token queries are sent to market-data providers. Minimal serverless routes forward these public read requests and already wallet-signed transaction broadcasts. Native swap amounts, refund and recipient addresses are sent directly to NEAR Intents for quotes and settlement tracking. Vercel and providers may process IP addresses and technical request metadata under their policies.
Third parties
The Jupiter plugin, OpenOcean widget and DexScreener charts load third-party code or frames. The native swap workspace contains no iframe. They receive technical information needed to provide their services. External provider links open separate websites with their own privacy practices. Public blockchain transactions remain public.
No application database or analytics
Hiddenpool operates no customer-account database and includes no paid analytics tracker. Hosting and provider infrastructure may retain operational logs; we cannot erase public blockchain records.
Your controls
Disconnect your wallet, reset preferences in Settings, or clear site data in your browser. Do not send secrets in support requests. For provider issues, consult the support information in Documentation.
